Located in an elegant building, Hotel Barocco overlooks Piazza Barberini square and its iconic fountain, made by Rome’s baroque master, Bernini. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi and antique furnishings. The location is great. I was with my young children and had a stroller and was able to navigate the area just fine. When we didn’t walk, we took cabs/Ubers and it was fine. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and our favorite gelato spot is within walking distance. The staff was incredibly kind. When we arrived, our driver said he only accepted cash (even though cash/card is listed as a payment method). I didn’t have cash and was able to coordinate with the staff to take care of the payment. The housekeeping team was quite pleasant. There is at least one who speaks fluent English, and she was the absolute sweetest. I would definitely stay here again with my family or as a solo traveler.

Upon arrival, a surprise was waiting for us: an upgrade of the room) On the day of departure, Barbara helped us a lot, she got into our situation - they extended the room to the desired hour. The restaurant is also with excellent staff and cuisine. The entire hotel staff is just on top! Thanks to everyone for their professionalism, care, understanding and created beauty and a warm, wonderful atmosphere!

Outstanding in every regard. The staff, and particularly the housekeeping staff and bar staff, were terrific. Seemingly on a mission to 'surprise and delight', they made the experience. However, the facilities (including the gym - one of the very best I've seen) were first class and our corner room was spacious with amazing views. Now in my personal top 10 hotels!

From the warm reception to the attentive and professional staff, to the impeccably designed rooms and exquisite cuisine, every detail was executed to perfection! Our only regret is that our stay was far too short but we are definitely planning a return visit!

Cap altre hotel de Roma situat a prop de la Piazza di Spagna ofereix un ambient i un pati interior tranquil com el Modigliani. This is the wife here writing this review. OMG the breakfast, OMG... Best hotel breakfast I've ever had. There were lots of options. I was in love with their chocolate and creme croissants and the fresh pineapple juice. The coffee machine was fabulous with lots of great options. The staff kept everything stocked and tidy. I actually looked forward to their breakfasts and never once considered eating out somewhere else. That good.

L'Albergo Ottocento, situat a 200 m de l'estació de metro de Barberini, és a 5 minuts a peu de la Fontana di Trevi. Les habitacions són elegants i disposen d'aire condicionat i TV de pantalla plana. La situció de l'hotel al costat del metro era excepcional, l'habitació estava prou bé però tenia sortida a un patí interior molt fosc i trist i els mobles estaven mal colocats, l'ezmorzar podia haver estat millor i el personal no era gaire amable, una llàstima perque en Dimitri a la recepció era un 10!

The 4-star room Select Via Veneto is in central Rome, 200 metres from Via Veneto and 500 meters from Villa Borghese park. The property is a 10-minute walk from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Excellent! I would book again in a next visit to Rome. Staff was really nice, room always clean, close to the city centre. Not a noise area so was a great place to rest after visiting the city.
