We did have some issues with the room on the first day, but staff dealt with it swiftly and wonderfully. The staff was what took the hotel from good to great. Very friendly and professional . It was also always exceptionally clean.

Living in this apartment My family and I really liked. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There is a washing machine and also on the balcony there is a dryer where things can be dried and iron. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops on the street. An excellent supermarket is located 10 m to the left of the front door. The bus stop is 100 m from the house, to reach the center of Rome in half an hour by public transport. The owner Francesca is a very punctual, cultured, helpful and friendly woman, thank you very much for your hospitality.

Well located and connected to the city center either by foot or by bus. Close to the train station (for Vatican). Super clean, room was arranged every day; water, coffee and some sweets available at any time. The host, Davide, was very welcoming and attentive during our stay, offered advise on where to go, what to take, printed our boarding passes, helped with the luggage. All in all, great value and services for the money we paid.

Perfect location, near train, tram and bus station. The apartment was spacious and clean. Very nice owner. They had a pre-made copy of instructions (best restaurants, bakery, how to get to major sightseeing) along with the map. We received basic breakfast but owner awaited us with freshly backed cake.

All the tips/tricks of the Rome life were shared e.g. transportation, underwater rocks, scam schemes for tourists and how to avoid them. Don't be concerned regarding the location of the place on the Rome map thinking that it's far away from the city centre, you can reach the Coliseum by foot in 45 minutes, or in 10 minutes by public transport for 1.5 euro per person (May 2024). I'd say that you're located almost in the city centre. Plenty of places to eat Italian food nearby the Damiva with acceptable prices compared to the City centre. You'll be provided with a breakfast ticket by the host and can have a classical Italian breakfast (pastry of your choice + coffee), though it's located on the other side of the street. In addition you can use the apartment kitchen/fridge/utensils free of charge informing host in advance or in WhatsApp (usually answers withing 30 minutes (usually instantly)). It's a decent place for the money paid.
