Beautiful place to stay! Actually the room was even much nicer than on the pictures! Clean, nice, with lots of small beautiful details! Nice window to inner courtyard. Yes, the courtyard… it is amazing! palazzo style .. Room was warm enough( February). Bed is comfy with pillow bar. Bathrobes, sleepers .. everything that you need. Top! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Totally recommend.

Hotel San Anselmo leži na odlični lokaciji na mirnem predelu v središču Rima. Nahaja se v očarljivi vili iz 19. stoletja na griču Aventin. Great experience, dreamlike room and accommodation in general. We requested the four poster bed and got exactly that, received a welcome drink upon check in and the room had a very large bathtub. Late checkout until noon was perfect. Definitely worth the **** and corresponding price. If you go down the hill, you get a variety of dining options, some good (wine)bars and metro station to get to Rome’s ancient sightseeing attractions.

Sourire Hotel offers accommodation centrally located in Rome, just a 14-minute walk from the Coliseum. It features free WiFi throughout and air-conditioned rooms. Friendly staff, good location. It takes around 10 minutes to walk into collesium which made it perfect spot to start my journey. I rested well as it was quiet and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend.

Located 600 metres from the Testaccio area and a short walk across the Tiber River to the Trastevere area, Hotel Major Aventinus offers rooms with views of the garden or street. Everything was perfect. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and always at your service. Immaculate cleanliness. Excellent location. The garden is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. I will definitely come to this hotel again.

Located on the Aventino, one of Rome's 7 hills, Santa Prisca is 10 minutes' walk from FAO headquarters and 400 metres from Piramide Metro Station. Parking and internet are free. Zajterk mi je bil všeč. Veliko izbire. Prijazno osebje še posebej gospod Niko, ki je bil zelo pozoren. Opazil je potrebe gostov. Naprimer, takoj je pomagal starejši gibalno ovirani osebi. Poskrbel je za dobro voljo gostov. G. Niko je rojen za ta poklic.

Amazing location in the heart of Roma but in quiet area used by embassies and offices. Magnificent stay in the heart of the eternal city a few meters away from the famous key hole ;-)

The design hotel Abitart is situated in the heart of the Ostiense neighbourhood, close to Ostiense Railway and Metro Station, which provides quick access to all of Rome, including Fiumicino Airport. Dry nice and comfortable hotel, excellent location, staff is extremely friendly; we were a bit disappointed from the breakfast, but you may find a plethora of local restaurants and food shops nearby

Hotel Villa San Pio is located on Rome's green Aventine Hill. Made up of 3 separate villas, and quiet gardens. The elegant rooms feature wood floors and decorative walls. So many things to like about this place: One of the best possible locations in Rome, just outside the tourist flows, but still close enough to everything (some 10 mins on foot to Circo Massimo, and another 7 or so to the Colloseum) in a green and quiet oasis full of hidden gems (in particular various chruches and Benedictine monasteries). Clean, comfy rooms with generous balconies, and all the luxury one needs, but nothing ostentatious. Decent breakfast buffet (although it can get a bit boring over several days) with sufficient salty choice, unlike most bars in Italy which will only serve you sweet stuff for breakfast. And above all nice and helpful (and fortunately not intrusive or overly eager to please) staff whether at breakfast, cleaning or front desk (and thinking here of signore Ettore in particular).
