The hotel is beautifully decorated. Shiny, polished and clean. I thought the beautiful castle was right in the middle of the city. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Great staff, The men at the reception are perfect. The lady serving breakfast always cheered me up. The cleaning ladies have great smiles on their faces. We loved coming back to the hotel. We will definitely stay there again next time.

Everything was great. The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel serves great breakfasts and is centrally located, close to Naples sights, the port and the sea.

Located in a pedestrian zone 50 metres from Naples's Toledo Metro, the Principe Napolit'amo is an elegant hotel in a 16th-century building. Nice big rooms. Clean. The staff was great, very helpful and positive. It is in the middle of the busy shopping part of town. It may look a little sketchy when you 1st enter the large door, but it's not at all. Take elevator to floor 1 and the registration desk is thru the white door. We felt very safe. It has an AC in room which was great! Breakfast is included, decent basic food.

In the heart of Naples, Grand Hotel Oriente offers spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi. The Basilica and museum of Santa Chiara are a 10-minute walk away. Great location, clean and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was our favourite. The food and drinks were impressive and the service impeccable. Huge thanks to Paola and Fulvio who provided the best service and recommendations.

Situated on the second floor of an historical building in Naples, Hotel NapoliMia offers a shared lounge with elevator. Centrally located in the Plebiscito district, this hotel provides a bar. Location near to all attractions , this is a small hotel , but very comfy to visit Neapol.

With an on-site bar and free WiFi throughout, Hotel Lanfipe Palace provides elegant accommodation in a 19th-century building in central Naples. Toledo Metro Station is 60 metres away. The staff was fantastic. We saw three employees at the front desk during our stay. All three were polite and helpful with our questions. Roberta gave us terrific recommendations. For our first visit to Naples, we chose a great location by staying here. We walked in every direction. The Metro was nearby for getting to the train station after check out. We arrived by ferry and left by train. Both were convenient to the hotel location. We didn't mind the steps to the lobby. We like steps. It was nice to be a little bit away from the busy streets of Naples.
