I was going to be after hours for their desk so they were so attentive and ensured I knew how to find the hotel, where to locate the keys, etc. Even sending a very detailed video! The desk staff when we were there were super lovely and helped us with taxis, finding things etc. The room was so large and lovely. Free yogourts and water - simple but very appreciated. Thank you! Highly recommend this hotel.

We had struggled to find accommodation for all four of us and parking, Palazzo Cappuccini was exactly what we needed. It was a bonus to discover that the building was a former convent, so was steeped with history and aesthetic charm.

Breakfast is more than adequate and served by one of the most cutest and welcoming lady in all of Naples. After hours/late check in without issues and with clear and concise instructions. I would of stayed here longer if timing permitted. Highly recommend.
