The hotel was near to main station of Florence. The people were kind and they were considering that what you need. The breakfast was enough and diversity. Also the service and room’s design were perfect.

Very good staff. If you come by car the hotel can park and register your car for extra pay, what is very convenient. We had beautiful room for 4 of us. Nice breakfast.

I liked the rooms, they were very spacious and clean. The breakfast service in the room was perfect! The location was also ideal if you arrive from the train station, cause it only takes like 7 minutes.

Palazzo Gaddi is housed in the Renaissance Palazzo Gaddi, dating back to 1596 and boasting traditional Florentine Baroque halls. Everything was fantastic! The breakfast, rooms and of course the beautiful building, especially with all Christmas decorations. The stuff is very nice and friendly. Definitely coming back.

The Ariele is located in Florence’s Porta al Prato area, a 15-minute walk from both Ponte Vecchio and Santa Maria Novella Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and staff are available 24 hours a day. Super fresh, clean property. Really nice!!

The Market Urban Hotel is ideally located 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station and 450 metres from the Fortezza Da Basso Exhibition Centre. Florence Cathedral is a 10-minute stroll away. It good located, very close to restaurants and the points of interested. The photos at booking don’t look a like reality. In reality, it’s much better! Will comeback.

Staff was amazing. From we rang the doorbell the lady came down the stairs helping us up the stairs with our luggage. Free wather in common area. Room accurate to the photos on booking. Great location and felt safe with two codes/dors to get into hotel.
