Everything. Since the beginning, even with our late check out, there were really helpful and patient. My parents did not speak English or Italian and still they try the best to communicate with them. The clean was perfect and the room was big and like the photos. I have to say a double thank you to the staff because we left our luggage in the hotel after the check out to be able to see Florence for last time before departing. When we arrive they allow us to stay in the lobby and offer us coffee.

NH Firenze je udaljen 20 minuta lagane šetnje pored reke Arno od mosta Vekio u Firenci. Property is close to most tourist attractions but is in a secluded area so it was not noisy and busy.
