Great value for money, the room and bed were super comfortable and the hotel is tastefully furnished with hand picked decor and special touches. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular Sahil, who was in contact via WhatsApp organising pick ups, etc and provided some great suggestions for the next stop on our trip - Jaipur. Ekaa provided very helpful pre trip information after we had booked and we used them to organise a transfer from Agra to Jaipur and then on to Delhi. This came through at a very reasonable price and the driver was excellent. After a long day of travel and sightseeing we had the dinner special in the restaurant downstairs which was delicious and provided a taste of several local specialities. Would definitely recommend Ekaa to anyone looking for a place to stay in Agra!

Set amidst 23 acres of lush greeneries, ITC Mughal Agra boasts luxurious accommodation. Guests can lounge by the two spacious outdoor pools or choose between 5 dining options. We stayed for one night and were upgraded from a standard to a mughal suite and it was an amazing experience! Every single staff member was very welcoming and helpful with everything we could possibly ask for, this hotel is definitely worth the 5 stars and more!
