The rooms were kept clean and there was really no flaw at all! The location was awesome too - just a 5 minute walk to Stratford International and Westfield. I love it and I would book this hotel again if I were to come back to London. Love it so much and I highly recommend it!

All members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room got cleaned everyday and we also got two bottles of water everyday. The breakfast was excellent and a great mix for all tastes. Also the concierges at the entrance were extremely friendly and always here to help. I’d say that this was the best experience we ever had with a hotel!
