Located near the SECC, SSE Hydro Arena and Clyde Auditorium, Village Hotel Glasgow offers car parking. I liked everything in the hotel, from the location (a walking distance to AMEE Conference), the breakfast, the excellent fitness center, and the food in the bar/restaurant and so on.

Beautifully positioned in a peaceful tree-lined drive on the south side of Glasgow, overlooking the historic Queen’s Park, this luxury hotel is 3 miles from the city centre. As a solo women traveller it’s a great place to Stay. It is near the city with easy free parking and exceptional food both dinner menu and breakfast

Very nice staff (at check-in, during dinner, and for drinks afterwards) - everybody was very accommodating. Since the pub was very quiet, we got to talk to the two bar tenders for quite a while which was really nice. The waiter during dinner was really nice and funny as well. Dinner was superb - excellent quality and presentation! While the castle is located outside of town, the neighborhood is beautiful - we went for a walk after dinner - and actually easily accessible by train (which should be more clearly pointed out on the website, I suggest).

Springfield Quay'de yer alan ibis budget Glasgow, Glasgow'un merkezine 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir. The place is conveniently located outside the city, which makes for a cheaper alternative. Cheap does not mean less comfortable, as our room was very well equipped, and the shower was extremely comfortable. We arrived late and got up early in the morning, but it sure looks like a nice place to stay when exploring Glasgow.
