Reception staff were polite and cheerful. Very clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty, service very attentive. We will stay again!

The location suited me very well since is a 7 minutes from the train station. It is in a very busy area but it was quiet and perfect for a good night sleep. The room was perfect. The staff was incredible, always helping me when I needed. They had room service and bed and the whole room was super confortable.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Cardiff, Sleeperz Hotel Cardiff provides air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. Booked this hotel specially to arrive Cardiff late and need to catch a train early, location is perfect and amazingly quiet inside the room being next to the train station. Staff polite and friendly giving me all information in detail. Room bigger than I thought and have everything I need for a comfortable stay. Got a lift so it‘s good when I have big luggage.

Central location, extremely clean, great big room. Charles from reception was amazing! Comfortable beds. The plus was the fruity water available at reception. Breakfast tasty and with good options.
