Great staff, Thomas was very helpful at check in and in the bar later on. Beautiful old hotel, it was like visiting an old heritage site. Room with 3 beds was great for a family with older children, separate beds was a win! Breakfast was outstanding and so were the staff serving it.

The Future Inn Cardiff Bay is a modern hotel situated 400 metres away from the Wales Millennium Centre. The location was great and plenty of free parking. Room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful. We were able to use the laundry facilities with ease.

In the waterfront area of Cardiff Bay’s old East Dock, only 20 minutes’ walk from the heart of the city centre, this modern hotel offers a restaurant, bar and terrace and is situated just 500 metres... Room is big and clean with a really good view. Good location as it located in the middle of city center and the bay and close to train station. Breakfast time is starting from 7am-11am. Check out time is perfect at 11am.
