The Santo Mauro, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid is situated close to Madrid’s Paseo de la Castellana. Free WiFi is available in all areas. I loved the hotel’s luxurious design inside- out, and the staff’s support & kindness. The paper roll in the bathroom was of excellent quality with beautiful stitching! They accommodated us for an upgrade as the rooms were smaller than expected, which was very much welcoming! The room service people were truly kind & helpful in anyway they could, which said a lot about their hospitality🍓 The food was good but a bit salty and if you enjoy your meats well done, you’ll need to reinforce such as in Europe that it’s still medium rare from the inside. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Smešten pored stanice metroa Monkloa, ovaj hotel nudi mali otvoreni bazen, teretanu sa saunom i krovnu terasu sa panoramskim pogledom. Korišćenje bežičnog interneta je besplatno. Perfect location! Super friendly staff. Just across the street, is a metro station, witch is super easy to use. Next to the Hotel, is a convenience store, in where you can get everything very cheap. Surrounded with lots of options to eat all day, literally in 2 to 5 mins you have more than 10 options to eat. Close to everything. You can walk to most of Madrid attractions. Freindly neighborhood. Definitely will consider to stay again if we are again in Madrid. Love it!!! The roof top has a great view to the city!!

Receptionist was a very friendly and supportive to all our needs. Breakfast was above all expectations, very delicious.

A wonderful hotel in a quiet location. Nevertheless, the metro is very close and Chueko clubs and bars are within walking distance. A very comfortable bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. It was very comfortable to sleep. Very friendly staff.

Good amount of space. There’s a mini bar cooler that I was able to fit some of my own drinks inside. The AC works very well. It was quiet for the most part. Wifi was consistent throughout the hotel and even if you stood outside. Next door to a small grocery store and a few minutes walk from places to get food, bars, and I believe a nightclub or two. Felt very safe walking around late at night. Love that after a certain time the doors to the hotel don’t automatically open and that there’s only one entrance for people to go through. The snacks and drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. It was a very good experience and I’ll be back when I’m in Madrid again.
