Lobby smelling awesome, Every staff has a smile and wanting to make you feel happy. It will be Elvis, both Ceasar’s , Stephenie and all the remaining stylish females at the reception . And thank you for the welcome drinks. The reception on 2 floor is elagant. Just suggestion: The 8 th floor can be decorated more, the painting is depressing in the lobby and in the room, put some plants in the lobby with a chair. Get the carpet changed into orange and red bright colours. The room we had 802 bathroom - in the shower change the stand of soap and shampoo to other side, it hits the body when you are under the shower. Take a shower and you will understand. The location is amazing. The staff helping at the entrance are superb. The breakfast was amazing.

We could leave baggage for few days and fly to Galapagos. Everytime we need something, we were taken care off. Very nice arrange, pool and all spaces. Spacious bathroom with a nice hot shower with a good pressure.
