And we didn’t expect that it would be so good, and that the transit route would turn into a great vacation. Firstly, friendly staff, ready to help (we were given an adapter for sockets by the administrator, since we had just arrived). No surcharges for electricity or hidden fees. The room was clean, spacious, there was always hot water and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast is simple, but tasty and filling, looks very fresh and beautifully presented. We were pleasantly surprised. The beach is a 10 minute walk, you can also use Uber and visit other beaches.

A recently renovated apartment situated in the Bavaro district of Punta Cana, Casa Mulata Paseo del Mar Pool & Playa offers accommodation with with a private beach area, private parking and free WiFi.... Property is immaculate clean and full equipped, amazing location, way too safe, the pool is very relaxing and the buildings are very quiet. We will definitely come back here next year and if you are reading this don’t have any doubts and book it!

This apartment was a perfect fit for our family of four, heading to the beach for a break from life in Santo Domingo. We were looking for a cozy place to spend an affordable week close to the public amenities of Corales. (I.e., We weren't looking for the resort experience.) The place was well stocked with everything we needed, right down to an auxilary hdmi cable. A colmado is right next door. It's a quick walk to restaurants, groceries, the beach, and everything else we needed. It sits right in front of the pool, which made it easy to watch our kids and made for a pleasant view. Everyone we met in the residencia was welcoming and helpful.

I had the best stay at this property! Cesar was an excellent host. He was super helpful before and after my arrival, and even offered to take me and my apartment mate to a nearby beach for a local experience on the last day! He had towels, fruit, and robe waiting in the room. The room is equipped with Netflix and an Alexa to play your favorite tunes! The view is spectacular, you can watch the sunset and rise over the beach and even walk a few steps and be on the beach. The beach area designated for this set of apartments has chairs, beds, and tables! Overall, I had a great stay. This is a good location, place, and price for a solo traveler! Located within the Bavaro district in Punta Cana, Suite just over the beach-Adults only has air conditioning, a balcony, and sea views. Az apartman tényleg nagyon szép, ahogy a fényképeken látható. Teljesen a gyönyörű trópusi pálmafás tengerparton fekszik, 2 terasz is a tengerre és a homokos strandra néz. Stabil internet van a lakásban és a strandon is. Az apartman mindennel felszerelt, pl: mosogatógép, mikró, sütő, gáz főzőlap, nagy hűtőszekrény mélyhűtő fakkal, mosó és szárítógép. Tisztítószerek is vannak a mosáshoz és a mosogatáshoz is. Ezenkívül van ivóvíz adagoló is, így nem kell vizet venni. Légkondicionáló jól működik. A TV-n lehet Netflixet is nézni. Az ajtó újlenyomattal nyitódik, amit addig a napig programoz be a tulajdonos amig ott van az ember. Így tuti nem kell félni, hogy elhagyjuk a kulcsot. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes, jól lehet aludni. A strandon napágyak vannak ingyen, napernyőre nincs szükség mert a pálmák elég árnyékot adnak. Személy szerint nekem nem kellett az árnyék mert mindig kellemesen fúj a szél és jól lehet bírni a napon, hamar le lehet így barnulni. A víz finom meleg és tiszta, a kemény fehér homokon nagyon hosszan lehet sétálni mind a két irányban. Éttermek kávézók is vannak mindkét irányban. Az éttermi árak kb mint Németországban. Élelmiszer üzlet kicsi nagyon sok van a közelben, kicsit nagyobb kb 10 perc sétára és az egész nagy ( Jumbo) pedig taxival 5 perc ( taxi kb 750 peso a Jumbo-ig). Az élelmiszerüzlet árai sokkal drágábbak mint Németországban. Pékség is van kb 10 perc sétára ahol lehet reggelizni, jegeskávét inni, árak szintén a német árakkal megeggyezőek. Fakultatív kirándulásra a helyi irodák teljesen megbízhatóak, mi nemcsak strandolós programra mint pl: Catalina szigete vagy Saona szigete hanem még Santo Domingo-ba is elmentünk velük. Cesar a tulajdonos nagyon kedves segítőkész, bármiben lehet hozzá fordulni. Ez úton is köszönjük még egyszer Cesar, nagyon klassz volt minden.

Featuring accommodation with a patio, Lugo`s guest room is located in Punta Cana. This homestay features a private pool, a garden, barbecue facilities, free WiFi and free private parking. Quiet place, confortable mattres. Lugo, the host is a very cool guy. The wifi have a high debit which is good for me to work.
