The staff. Christina and Phillip on the front desk were absolute superstars. We were on this trip for my birthday and the thoughtful touches were so unexpected and appreciated. The room itself was gorgeous- the aesthetic was very chic and sexy- perfect for couples! The pillows and bed itself were super comfortable, we both slept really well. Slippers and robes are always a nice touch. The iron in the room was of an excellent quality, as were the products in the bathroom. Hotel spa: A nice addition to have with a finnish sauna, pool and steam room with on-demand smoothies (and grey goose) as well as complimentary towels, slippers and robes. Location was handy for both the train station to the airport (8-10 mins walk) and the tram to and from Marienplatz. It is a little further out from the city centre but the area is safe and walkable.

Newly opened in September 2019, the Munich Deluxe Hotel is located near the Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest venue), a 10-minute walk from Munich Main Station and a 15-minute walk from Karlsplatz/Stachus... Excellent localization. The hotel is really close of public transportation. Breakfast is really great. Staff were very friendly. Quiet bedroom.
