This 4-star hotel provides large, air-conditioned rooms, regional food, free WiFi, a fitness centre and a spa. Our rooms were well appointed, the pillows we’re comfortable. The housekeeping service was excellent - they were very respectful, responsive and friendly. The bartender and staff at the breakfast buffet were also very friendly.

Great view towards the hill and the interior garden. The staff was very pleasant, always with a smile and ready to help. The hotel's location is very convenient to reach the old town, as well as the zoo (30 mins walk in both directions). And the greatest of all was the restaurant. The breakfast was very varied, one could choose anything from eggs to cereals with milk. The dinner menu was excellent, we ate there 3 nights in a raw and were not disappointed. Also the restaurant employees were very nice and accommodated all our requests.

This hotel in the heart of Heidelberg is a comfortable base for outings in the romantic university town and Neckar river valley. Great location very close to the river & Old town in a nice quiet street . My room was spotlessly clean & very comfortable . The host was very helpful & gave me a map & suggested a walking route around town .
