Everything! The building, room, staff, pool, breakfast, all was amazing! The managing director and owner showed up during the breakfast and greeted all guest personally, it was very nice, personal touch.

The location is amazing, in the middle of the forest We went for dinner in the restaurant and everything was delicious, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy and very clean. We were there for just one night as a stop in our road trip but we are definitely coming back!

This hotel is situated at the foot of the historic Heidelberg Castle. A buffet breakfast is provided each morning and Heidelberg-Altstadt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. The Hotel was situated right at the foot of the castle and a mere 3 mins walk to the Town Centre. We were there during Xmas and the atmosphere was very festive. We really love the location and warm hospitality of the hotel staff

The location of the hotel is fantastic: right on the main street and 10 min away from the castle. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The room had a great city view. The restaurant was convenient and offered German food as well as excellent vegan dishes. The breakfast buffet was diverse and very well presented.

This stylish, family-run hotel and restaurant is located in the heart of the romantic city of Heidelberg, directly between the Heiligengeistkirche church and the Old Bridge. PERFECT location, friendly and accommodating staff, clean facilities, great breakfast!! Central location in the old town area and easy to get to. I wish I had stayed longer and will come stay again, recommending this to all my friends and family. I felt very safe as a female solo traveler.
