Breakfast excellent, delightful modern vibe, cool drinks/fruit at front desk always. Fast elevators. Construction on the street made some difficulty driving to the hotel. No parking. One space given at a small lot next door most appreciated. Very near the rail station, and other public transportation. Friendly, easy-going staff happy to help!

The room has a bluetooth speaker, in which you can connect your phone via bluetooth and listen to music. The lounge area or reception area is very nice and has a nice ambient. For a reasonable price it is a good stay in Hamburg. You can also do self check in. There's an option of having to do room service or instead of roomservice, you van opt for a free drink instead.
