The staffs were very polite. One of the members helped me with charging my wechat pay with her own cash even though she did not have to. That helped a lot. Also, man with glasses on, he gave exceptional service, providing recommendation for nearby restaurants.

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff goes above and beyond at every oppurtunity, treating everyone like royalty. The rooms were immaculate. The in-room dining was DELICIOUS, the BEST I've had at any hotel and I have *LIVED* in 8 countries.The building decor is stunning. If you need anything, someone is there 24/7 with an eager spirit to help!

Radisson Collection Hotel, Xing Guo Shanghai is the perfect addition to this curated collection. Our room was modern, quiet and very comfortable. The hotel staff was prompt and helpful and the facilities were easy to make use. The location in the French Concession is also great, a very walkable part of Shanghai with beautiful architecture all around. Breakfast was a little bit pricey but had many options and was overall very tasty.

Twelve at Hengshan, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Shanghai is located along Hengshan Road, a 3-minute walk from Hengshan Road metro station. Location is great. We never had breakfast. Staff was very helpful.

Hotel Crowne Plaza Shanghai udaljen je 10 minuta vožnje od ulice Huahai, a nudi moderne sobe tik uz kino Shanghai Arts Film Center. Ima dnevni spa centar i unutarnji grijani bazen. The location is at the center of Shanghai which gave easy access to a lot of tourist attractions. The room looks and feels clean w/ everyday room cleaning service. Food is sublime.

Standing tall in lively Xujiahui, Courtyard By Marriott Shanghai Xujiahui offers luxurious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and 32-inch flat-screen TVs. The photos on the website are exactly what they are in real life unlike others with lower ratings. The location is close within walking distance to the shopping complex and subway. The staff are very helpful and also speak English.
