The design of the restaurant is so nice, it feels like luxurious and very comfortable. The waiters are very polite and friendly. The reception is also very nice, the housekeeping is very helpful. We loved to use the free laundry option, and the rooms and bathrooms are just stunning. The free bottle of wine is also a winner.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They all greeted us because it was our 36th anniversary and they even decorated our room and gave us some fruits, cake and wine to celebrate. Ideally housed in an iconic building in Lujiazui financial district, IFC Residence is around a 3-minute walk from Jin Mao Tower, Shanghai World Financial Centre, Shanghai Tower and Oriental Pearl TV... Staff were very accommodating and helpful to all requests and queries. All requests were attended to promptly. Cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Our room and all the other facilities were spotless and quiet. Stayed with two young kids and they also thoroughly enjoyed the stay and didn't want to go home! It was like home away from home. Highly recommend.

Overlooking the Bund and the Huangpu River, Pudong Shangri-La, Shanghai is located in the Lujiazui financial district and is composed of 2 towers. Staff, breakfasts, room comfort all fabulous. I will be staying again next week. Some years ago I stayed at Shangri La in Manila. That was fabulous so it was nice to be staying in another shangri la location. Very memorable

Holiday Inn Shanghai Pudong is located in Lujiazui Finance Zone, near Pudian Road Station of Metro Line 4/6, and walking distance from the hotel to the metro station is about 500 meters. We were upgraded. Vary spacious rooms. Very clean. Excellent beds and pillows! Everything perfect. We would love to go back! Unfortunately we were on transfer to Taiwan so we stayed just one night.
