The room is nice and warm always, as we arrived on the coldest day. Buying things online and to be sent to the hotel was convenient. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

The host Amy was wonderful to deal with. She answered any questions within minutes. I had a coffee and cake with her and it was a real pleasure to meet her. When I asked about something like a kitchen knife she had a new one delivered very quickly although I didn't ask for it. The apartment was clean and light with all the facilities I wanted. When the temperature was a bit too cold, the airconditioning was great. I also loved the location, walking to many places. I walked easily to and from the closest metro station when I wanted to travel a bit further. Thank you Amy for a wonderful stay
