Het biedt 5 zwembaden. outdoor areas are very well maintained, great pools, gardens and super clean beach with nice and comfortable sunbeds. two heated pools makes beach life possible even on cloudy and not very hot days. room was well cleaned every day. staff super helpful and always ready to support any request. big breakfast with decent asian and western choices we were upgraded to the laguna view room, it has a big balcony.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I booked a room with a lake view but I got a view of the lake and the ocean and the bay behind the lake. The breakfast has a lot of choices. The beach is only a five minute walk away and there are a few beach chairs and umbrellas reserved for hotel guests. The beach is beautiful and the water was so clear and warm. There are a lot of watersports, so there's often a bit of noise in the background. The hotel pool is ok for swimming. For children there is a bigger pool at the hotel next door. I want to thank the housekeeping staff. They must have noticed that I prefer the coconut drink to the beer in the minibar and started giving me more coconut drinks. That was very thoughtful.

We appreciated that they gave different varieties of food during breakfast. The bed in the villa was incredibly comfortable.

We have to give a shout-out to Nine who is a staff member that was extremely helpful during our stay. answered questions, helped us find things around, kept our ice bucket full, etc. the whole staff was amazing.
