En hoteles de este calibre uno ya cuenta con que las instalaciones son excepcionales. Para mi lo que marca la diferencia es el personal y la atención prestada. Y desde luego que durante mi estancia fue de 10. Tuve un problema con uno de los autobuses para ir a la feria, y la atención por parte del equipo del hotel fue excepcional. Felicitar y agradecer al personal por su buen trato. Desde luego que volveré para futuras visitas a la feria de Cantón.

This is a great hotel in new part of town with plenty of places to walk around close by or short taxi to other locations. Has great facilities and it stands out for simply being organised with staff that really great staff that engage with you.

Hotel Indigo Guangzhou Haixinsha, an IHG Hotel - Complimentary Social hour at Flow está en Guangzhou, a 13 min a pie de Ópera de Cantón, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking... The property was beautiful and in a great location. We were visiting during canyon fair and they made it so welcoming and easy. They arranged multiple shuttle buses to go and come back. They also arranged a happy hour for all guests after our return from canton fair with free drinks and a few nibbles.The staff spoke perfect English and Lance in particular was incredibly helpful. I have already rebooked for when I return back to guangzhou.

I was attended by Cici, a very nice and helpful staff member, I thank her so much she helped me to send my forgotten suitcase to my next hotel in Shenzhen. The breakfast is delicious and varied, they have a gym and also free laundry service. Ideal for business or family, I recommend it very much.

Value for money.. Rooms were spacious with quality amenities, and river view was spectacular. The spa was amazing especially with the guest discount!
