It feels like home the moment you walk through the door! Mark and John both were amazing in assisting us with everything we needed! The breakfast was great! The room very clean with very comfortable bed and hot shower! Best stay!! Highly recommended!!!

Special mentions to the front desk staff Zhang Zhixing and the manager Mr Zhou. I was rushing to check out early in the morning and had no time for breakfast. Mr Zhou even took trouble to pack a bread and some eggs from the restaurant for me.

Grand Mercure Beijing Central is located in the heart of the city, adjacent to Financial Street business district. This is the most comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed. The staffs are super helpful, they helped us to book everything, from taxi to milk tea as we don’t know Chinese. The room is clean and about 300m away from the nearest station.

Very cute courtyard and places to sit outside to enjoy coffee. The room was very clean. The shower was spacious. There was space to hang/place your clothes/ bags/ belongings. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were very kind.
