The floors were designed so meticulously. The amenities, especially the electric bikes and wine tasting and incredible staff were AMAZING.

Warm, welcoming and unapologetically ‘old school’ hotel. Polite, friendly and helpful staff at all hours of the day. Clean and comfortable. Amazing location. Breakfast overlooking English Bay was a highlight. We were only there due to awkward layover timing (18 hours) but loved our stay.

Everything about our stay was so enjoyable! The hotel is beautiful and there are so many little unique touches in the rooms. Used the Chi Spa as well during our stay which was unreal!!

Featuring an on-site bar and restaurant, this heritage hotel is located in Vancouver city centre on Robson Street, only 1.5 km from Stanley Park. I like the hotel because the price is cheaper than others. The location very closed to metro and sky train station. The surrounding there are many Asia food restaurants. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room is good and the bed is comfort. From hotel to Vancouver tourist places is just foot distance.

We stayed here three separate times during our stay in Canada. Each time the staff were very helpful. During our last stay, we appreciated the information that the room wouldn't be attended to due to staff shortages, but were given vouchers for the Park. This didn't happen at another hotel we stayed at. In fact we had to ask why the room hadn't been attended to.

Offering a seasonal outdoor rooftop pool and an on-site restaurant, this all-suite hotel in the centre of Vancouver is located near English Bay beach and Stanley Park. Everything about our stay here was excellent. The proximity to so many excellent restaurants , the ease of access to public transport, the hotel’s location , the value for money, all were responsible for the hotel being well rated. An additional plus was the view of the ocean from the room.
