The customer service was SUPERB! Christina was amazing! We are Americans and don’t speak a lick of Portuguese and although her English wasn’t strong either, (but it’s 2023 and phones and google exist) so that wasn’t a problem AT ALL. She made sure we comfortable and had fun. She checked on us regularly. The location is safe and is in walking distance of great food, bars and shopping. I kinda didn’t want to do a review because I wanted to keep this hidden gem to myself, but Chris deserves all the raving reviews she can get. Thank you so much for making our Rio experience so amazing!

Located in the historical and cultural heart of Rio de Janeiro, this 5-star boutique hotel offers a unique concept of tropical design and panoramic views of Rio de Janeiro’s bay. The location and the view of the city were amazing. A short walking distance you’ll find a few local restaurants and bars. The ambiance was great. The staffing was polite, helpful. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

리우데자네이루에 자리한 Tião Botelho Guest House에서는 성인 전용 객실과 정원, 공용 라운지, 바비큐 시설 등의 시설을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 숙소는 플라멩구 비치에서 약 2.8km, 셀라론 계단에서 17분 거리, 리우데자네이루 시립 극장에서 2km 거리에 있습니다. I was in Rio de Janeiro for a week and wanted a place not too expensive, from where I could visit the city : it's near the Lapa neighborhood who's a place to see, there are groceries and restaurants nearby, etc. And for the most touristic places of the city, I went by taxi. I also wanted a place where I could have some calm for working on my computer : I stayed many afternoon on the balcony, it was perfect, sunny but not to hot and really quiet (as for the nights). The owner is really nice and makes you feel at home. For me, it's a great place for backpackers with low budget who wants to visit Rio and stay in a less-touristic area than Copacabana.

Hotel Americano는 리우 데 자네이루의 역사적, 문화적 이웃인 라파에 위치해 있습니다. 모든 객실에는 에어컨과 케이블 TV가 마련되어 있으며, 무료 주차가 가능합니다. Americano의 객실은 편안한 침대와 완비된 욕실을 기본으로 갖추고 있고 미니바도 마련되어 있습니다. My room was large and my bathroom had been newly renovated and had a large jacuzzi. I also had a small entrance room that had a fridge and computer table. I was comfortable and overall enjoyed my stay. The location is relatively central although you do have to walk a bit to the metro.
