The property was clean and functional, with a massive bed and Smart TV. The kitchenette was (as expected) very small and at the end of the bed, however it was fit for purpose. The shower was brilliant! The whole property was very clean. The host was very helpful and generously left us coffee and biscuits! Despite being out of the city centre, it was extremely well connected therefore made little difference to our stay. Moreover, it was an quiet neighbourhood.

Generation Europe Youth Hostel is located in Brussels within a 20-minute walk from the central Grand Place and Manneken Pis. Nice, clean hostel, basic breakfast. It's just outside the center, within a walking distance. There are also a couple of shops (including Lidl) nearby, if looking for a quick and cheap bite.

It turned out it is very bad, badly located in a somewhat run-down neighborhood, it was a metalic bed in a 9 m2 room, with bathroom shared with other minimum 5 rooms and a toilet at the end the hallway!
