The staff here were extremely helpful: they helped me to ship a bag from their front desk to another city on very short notice, which included them actually keeping the bag at their front desk after I had left the hotel and making sure it made it into the hands of the driver for the courier service I was using. Would recommend.

We arrived to bus/train station and property is super close from it, 5 min walking distance. Easy to get in to it, very very clean, nice looking, I loved it. Staff was very nice, they speak EN, SP, FR, etc. Sol & Carolina were very kind and nice, gave us some suggestions to visit places, explained us the transportation system and answer all our questions!!!

L'Avenue Deschanel B&B és un establiment de disseny elegant situat a 1,8 km de l'estació de tren de Brussel·les Nord. Amazing room, extremely spacious. Youri was a great host, very good communication and very friendly. Lots of little extras included which was a nice touch. Can see why it's gotten such great reviews - would definitely stay again!
