I just wanted to thank the staff that worked the front desk this morning. I had issues turning my rental car on at the 101 Goulburn Street parkade and had trouble getting in touch with the roadside assistance hotline as I was using roaming on an intl number. The staff at the front desk were kind and went above and beyond by contacting the rental company and finally I was able to get the car fixed and was on the road before our evening flight back to Melbourne. I wanted to add that our experience at Song hotel was exceptional, from the friendly staff, cozy hotel room and to the delicious breakfast served every day.
