Featuring a private saltwater lagoon, sandy beaches and an artificial reef with tropical fish, the 28-storey JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is set in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The Ocean-view room was great and also gives a good view of a parts of the Hinterland. The room and bathroom is nice, bright and spacious. We had a very comfortable stay and slept very well. Room temperature can be controlled well via the touch panel. It was nice to swim in the long pool and dip into the sea-water pool down to 4 meters where we could spot some fish.

El Oaks es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas situado en Gold Coast. The room was absolutely fantastic, with the main highlight being the amazing view on the 20th floor. Vivienne was an exceptional host and I would absolutely stay here again. I am very happy with my experience at this location and would one hundred percent recommend it to anyone staying in the Gold Coast. Other handy things being a tourist in the GC, a tram station is just across the road from the main entrance making transport cheap and really simple to get to where you want to go in the inner city. And also a handy little Coles store for snacks and beverages just across the road.

• QT Gold Coast has just undergone a complete refurbishment of all 293 guest rooms and suites. Staff were excellent and very accommodating checked us in as soon as our room was ready (before 3pm)
