Parks73 The Townhouse Hotel is located in Vienna, less than 1 km from the Belvedere Palace and a 10-minute tram ride from the city centre. The location is good but it is a bit far from center and all tourist attractions. However there is a tram stop right in front of hotel. We spent a lot of money on uber :) There are 2 grosseries next to the hotel. In combination with built-in kitchen this is outstanding if you don't want your child to eat only french fries during the entire vacation.

Very nice interior, attention to details that tell the story of the hotel's name. Spacious and airy common areas, peaceful location not far from the city center. Friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast, highlighting the selection of fresh juices. The size of the rooms was probably determined by the dimensions of the historical building, despite possibly slightly smaller square footage, the rooms are nicely and modernly furnished.

Excellent location, next to the bus stop and tram line. If you are coming from the airport, get down at St Marx and to go to the station, take tram 18 - both are nearby. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection. There is a Lidl just next to it and a EuroSpar right across.
