We got an amazing room at the top floor with a beautiful view and it was also really quite. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The staff at the reception (Cami & Adrian) were exceptional, so helpful and friendly, by far the best staff we have met on our trip!

The room was very comfortable and quiet no traffic noise. Breakfast buffet very good. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. l could not fault the hotel. Good value for money. Close to a number of resturrants and a short walk from the parks.

Juan is by far my favorite. He gave me recommendations on where to go, printed out a list of secondary places to go while in La Boca and San Telmo. He was a great help. I didn't get her name, but the young blonde lady, was very friendly every evening and even printed my Colonia Experess ferry confirmation. The lady with shorter hair helped me open the safe when I too stupid to figure it out. The balcony was beautiful to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and proved and great nights sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and eclectic, with many nice restaurants, bars ,etc...The jacuzzi and gym area are very nice as well.
