Niestety z powodu załamania pogody 16.04.2024r. nie dotarliśmy do Dubaju. Pracownicy Hotelu od samego początku wykazali duże zrozumienie dla naszej sytuacji. Przesunęli nam rezerwację związaną ze zmianą lotu, zainteresowali się transferem z lotniska. A gdy przez warunki na lotnisku nasza podróż nie doszła do skutku, zwrócili nam 100% kosztów związanych z pobytem. Gorąco polecam. Gdy ponownie zaplanuję podróż do Dubaju, na pewno zatrzymam się w tym miejscu.

Thank you for a clean room every day. Your service is excellent and you are so friendly. Thank you to Sanara & Shehan who helped me with our boarding passes and Moham with the taxi arrangement 04:00 in the morning. You guys are next level. Hotel is walking distance from the beach. You will just love this friendly and cozy hotel for your next stay. Will come and visit again

Completely refurbished in 2022, Jumeirah Mina A’Salam, the heart of Madinat Jumeirah Resort, is a boutique style hotel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mina Al Salam Hotel, and I must say it was an absolutely perfect and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. The room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable, with a large and inviting bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The amenities provided in the room added to the overall convenience and made our stay even more enjoyable. The best part of our stay was the complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark. It was a fantastic bonus, especially for the kids, who had an absolute blast at the waterpark. We visited Wild Wadi twice during our stay - once on the day of check-in and again after check-out. It was a wonderful way to start and end our vacation on a high note. The hotel's location near the beaches was another highlight. The breathtaking views and the serene atmosphere allowed us to unwind and relax to the fullest. We made the most of our time by enjoying the beautiful beaches and taking leisurely strolls along the shore. Additionally, the hotel's pools were delightful add-ons. We spent some quality time lounging by the poolside, basking in the sun, and cooling off in the crystal-clear waters. Overall, our stay at Mina Al Salam Hotel was beyond our expectations. The combination of comfort, luxury, and the thoughtful inclusion of Wild Wadi access made it a truly unforgettable experience for the entire family. We cannot wait to return and create more beautiful memories at this incredible hotel. If you're looking for a perfect stay in a spectacular setting, Mina Al Salam Hotel is undoubtedly the place to be!

Myself and colleagues were attending a conference in the area last minute. Rather than spend £10k on 3 hotel rooms, we took a chance and booked an apartment. I’m so glad we did. The apart was perfectly located to meet people at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the conference centre - both just a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable. The owners were an absolute delight to work with - helping with our check in and out requirements - always answering our requests within minutes. I could not recommend this property more highly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice, clear, wide apparts. Very good hosts agency service - clear instructions, online registration service, contacted via whatsup. Super environment around - swim pool, flowers, quiet at nights, free parking. If you want an clear, empty beach just drive 10 minutes towards the Kite beach or 25 minutes to the La Mer. If you like walking just goes back from Kite beach on offshore path up to the apparts. Thanx! Hope will be there again!

I arrived at 1am on 17 April after the heavy rain hit Dubai. The taxi queue at the airport was endless and hardly moving. The property manager Muhammed Sahood reached out and offered to pick me up. It took him almost 2 hours to get to the airport due to many road closures. He then took me to the apartment and checked me in at 5am! Muhammed showed me incredible kindness during an extremely challenging time, without asking anything in return! I hope his boss reads this message and reward him accordingly.
