First time visiting Dubai! We have really enjoyed our stay here at the Address Fountain Views. The location has been great, and rooms have been excellent with amazing views and even better service from the staff. Akhil and Susmita made the breakfast a very pleasant experience for us with their great service. We will definitely be back to stay in the future and would not hesitate to recommend this stay to anyone coming to Dubai. Thanks again!

It was so amazing experience! The service at that hotel is incredible, specially the most amazing people who are there for us an any time of the day! Ali and Enrico - from the reception is the most incredible persons I’ve ever met, they are so much care for the people around the hotel and they are very caring, helpful, kind and patient for all. It was my daughter’s graduation celebration and done well by the hotel who provide the cake and decoration And the reception who did amazing work to make it memorable stay Hala did the greatest for upgrading and was so kind She make everything is easy

Makikita sa isang traditional palatial residence, ang Palace Downtown ay overlooking sa Dubai Fountain at sa lawa na nakapalibot sa Burj Khalifa. It was a pleasant stay in total, with a lot of details. Having room in front of the Burj Khalifa and the beautiful fountain only made the stay even more beautiful.

Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, connected to The Dubai Mall and 10 minutes away from City Walk, Sofitel Dubai Downtown is an idyllic oasis that blends urban sophistication with refined luxury,... Location of the hotel is great. It provides easy access to Dubai mall through a tunnel passage that is a short walk from the hotel. We had beautiful views of Burj Khalifa from the bedroom and even better views from the pool. Facilities and comfort of the hotel and bedroom are excellent, and pillows and bed are so comfortable, like sleeping on the cloud. Breakfast and lounge food and drinks are of high standards and cater to every taste. But above all, the biggest asset of the hotel is the staff. We have been treated amazingly from the entrance staff to breakfast service, gym, pool, and lounge staff. Out of my frequent travels, this was one of the best experiences that a hotel could offer. I am very grateful to Sharjeel and his team as well as Sainath. Congratulations on keeping to such a high standard of service!

I loved absolutely everything. The amazing decor and atmosphere, the smart rooms, the excellent quality of the food, as well as the exceptional friendliness and service of the staff. Special thanks to Carina (receptionist), who took great care of us, willing to go the extra mile in order to satisfy us. I will visit again for sure!!!
