The breakfast was great, good choice of selection, I just wish there was more fruit as well as vegan options for breakfast (roasted potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes) but was great :) !!!

The bed was nice, breakfast delicious and the shower omg amazing. Hotel near the airport.. Right by mall of America. What more could you ask for. I really enjoyed myself. I recommend the embassy suites.

Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. Very well equipped and comfortable beds.

Breakfast! Oh that was really really good. Even better by far than other places I’ve had to pay.
Staff members always wore a smile and acknowledged guests. Very warm and welcoming place.
A really short and convenient walk to mall of America as that was our purpose of visit.

The location was perfect because it was close to family and easy access to the freeway. The room and bathroom was spacious and we enjoyed the availability of the kitchenette. It's located right next to the freeway and our room faced the freeway which was pretty loud all the time. Breakfast was lame, no protein, no bananas, no English muffins. They had 1 waffle machine, with 3 people waiting to use it, so I didn't get one. Nobody bothered to shovel the snow from the front entrance or sidewalks, 1foot plus of unplowed snow in the parking lot made it difficult for unloading and loading the car the next morning.

She had pink hair in case the hotel would like to give her a raise :). The room and pool area were very clean. The be was comfortable. We got a deal on this room and for the price we paid it was very nice. However, if I had paid over $150 a night, I would probably be a little more annoyed by some of the other things we noticed. The hot tub was also very large which isn’t normal any more. We really enjoyed that.AmandaUnited States of America

There was no ice machine except the one in the refrigerator that was not working. I checked in an hour early because I had a 4:00 meeting and was told I had to pay $25.00 for an early check in. I just got the charge on my credit card and instead of the $124.90 that was noted on my reservation, the credit card showed a $229.00 charge. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.
