The amenities were by far the star of the show I wanted a hotel with a pool that was updated and the kids loved it. I also really enjoyed having a restaurant downstairs that was another huge bonus .The coupon for a kids eat free with adult entrée saved me a lot of money. My only real complaint was the cleanliness. When I went to the bathroom you could see rings on the countertop that was not actually cleaned. That tells me they are running through the rooms too fast and not actually spraying and wiping down the countertops. There was hair in the shower. My kids found like a glow stick and a wrapper under the bed. I appreciated how new everything was though and amenities were awesome.

Shower was dirty with mildew. Room was not clean.
Shower was dirty with mildew. Room was not clean. I was given a room that was occupied by another guest. The lobby smelled really good. This is a Choice Hotel not what I am used to. I do not recommend this hotel.

I loved the charm of the city.
I loved the charm of the city. Beautiful waterfalls with a calm river. We visited the local farmer’s market and that was wonderful seeing local vendors and trying local food. Downtown was difficult to navigate (lots of one-way streets) on a Friday night, if we wanted to eat downtown we should have planned more time. We were headed to a concert and in a hurry so instead grabbed fast food on our way to the venue. Still good, but not downtown dining.

We love Idaho Falls It is a nice town.
We love Idaho Falls It is a nice town. If we could afford it, we would move here but homes are too expensive. The green belt is a lovely place to enjoy and for a smaller town it has most anything you could want Smittys has some of the best food ever, especially breakfast. Idaho Falls is the gateway to Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks. Lodging is expensive but cheaper than Jackson or West Yellowstone

Idaho Falls is a great little city.
Idaho Falls is a great little city. I recommend the Idaho Falls Temple which sits along the Snake River. It is gorgeous. They also have a visitor's center where they show you pictures of how the temple was built and have a Christus statue.
Idaho Falls has lots of places to shop and eat.

A great little town with so much to do for a couple of days...
A great little town with so much to do for a couple of days as we travelled north to Yellowstone national park. A lovely river walk with a long waterfall, trees and grassy areas to picnic on. The farmers market is near the river each Saturday, not to be missed.
The location of the hotel was conveniently close to the river side and and in front of it there is a free parking, private for hotel guests. The room was nice and modern with a big shower and very nice shower cream and shampoo. The breakfast was also good with pancakes that could be freshly made by the guests and some other nice options such as egg omelets, available fresh for the guests. The bread was not at its greatest quality and seemed of the day before. However, overall we had quite a nice experience and we would recommend it!
Pleasant motel at a good price that allowed pets with a reasonable fee. Not fancy, but had all the things you need and more. Our room was clean, and the queen size bed was comfy. The room had a fridge and microwave.
It was a real bonus to have an indoor pool and hot tub. We had an excellent breakfast at O’Brady’s diner, just a 5 minute walk from the motel.
This is a great budget option in Idaho Falls, just a short drive to the historic downtown, and River Walk area.
I would definitely recommend this motel.
Stated in an accessible room and it was perfect. The setup of the bathroom really worked well for taking a shower. Room was very roomy and had tons of room for maneuvering which was extremely nice. Most hotels just add grab bars in the bathroom to make the room “accessible” this room was thoughtfully designed to accommodate mobility. Well done Tru and Hilton. We come to Idaho Falls often and this will be our go to place to stay.
I stayed here in Sept, it was better. I did not get a disability room no breakfast no internet The General manager Cindy said she would do something for me, but NOTHING. Its the worst ever the only two people who were great was Mayo and Virginia. I made sure I told all my family who lives in Idaho Falls to avoid this PLACE. I hope I get an answer but I doubt it.If I got the room
I loved suite room 18, on the end with nearly private parking and a killer view out to the Snake River in downtown Idaho Falls. Clean, well appointed, it was a great place to share with my friend...
It is such a comfortable welcoming hotel. The rooms are clean, bed and pillows are so comfortable. I can have my dog with me. There is an amazing variety of restaurants within walking distance.
Excellent location. Very friendly staff. The rooms are very large. Mattress and pillows were comfortable. Decent breakfast. Definitely more than a two star hotel. Excellent value.
Check in was easy and the room was spacious, location was excellent, just off the I-15. Very easy access to the hotel with an excellent restaurant across the parking lot.
Breakfast was good, located fairly close to restaurants, nice walking trails. Spent many nights it hotels this summer. Prices are way too high. Prefer motels!
