Location was excellent, close to the river and all the activity and restaurants. The room was lovely with views out onto the river and breakfast was excellent with lots of choice each day. The reception staff were most helpful and helped us to organize some tours. We always looked forward to having a drink in the bar at the end of the day and Joao in particular was so pleasant and friendly and he is certainly and a great asset for the hotel.

Staff was great and always available. Mostly young but nice mix of ages. Girl’s dorm was clean and comfortable. Nice shower. Great location. Is a few minutes walk to favorite restaurant, Honest Greens. 10 min walk to Libraria Lello. Great upbeat atmosphere. You walk through the entryway corridor to a unique outdoor space with bar on the way to dorms, hidden from street. They held my extra bag at the desk.

Hotel was well located for sightseeing in Porto, easy walking to all areas of the city or short stroll to metro. The staff were very helpful with advice for what and when to see city attractions. Very nice roof top bar with great views of the city, lovely place to end a day sightseeing.
