A great food town.
A great food town. Everything form $1.50 street tacos to fine dining.
Over a two week period we only had 1 bad meal.
We suggest skipping the restaurants around the main square. Expensive and not the best food in the city.
Everything within walking distance. Interesting museums, local market and a bee farm.

Good access because of the Train Maya, but, if traveling using the Train Maya, double check the schedule, is only 3 times per day, that the train goes to Can Cun.
If you have the time, are plenty of places near by to visit Chichen Itza, and Ek Balam pyramids, Cenotes, Churches, plus the regional food, just outside the ADO terminal, is a lady selling "panuchos", is a very simple snack that will surprise you with its flavor, totally recommended, I will go back, just to taste this delicious food.

Wonderful city well worth a visit.
Wonderful city well worth a visit. A long stay here would be perfect. Handy to visit the nearby ruins at Chichén Itzá and close enough to the airport without staying there, With a car an ideal pace to explore towns, villages, cenotes and ruins nearby. Beaches are not far away. All around delightful city with friendly and helpful people. Felt completely secure here. Would definitely stay here again.
Travelling in Mexico might occasionally be complicated. Yet, Hotel Los Frailes is a modern and gorgeous hotel that has everything you need to explore Yucatan. The receptionist Jesus was very helpful and provided us with a lot of information about Valladolid and how to reach the best locations and restaurants.
The building was recently renovated and it has everything you need, including a beautiful pool.
The neighbourhood might seem a bit dodgy at night, but it is absolutely safe. Also, the parking slot is quite big and it is easy to park.
I stayed here two summers ago and wanted to return. It is quiet and comfortable. The proprietors are welcoming and kind. It is a family run place. There are shady garden areas, places to relax and a pool. There have been some updates. There is an upper terrace area for cooking if you like to prepare your own meals or to keep snacks/drinks. There is wifi in all areas of the hotel. The location is central to all areas of interest in and around Valladolid.
Le Muuch Hotel is an oasis of peace in the center of Valladolid. We loved the attention to every detail in the decor… even the scent was lovely! We also liked our welcome cocktails and the delicious breakfast offering a choice of local recipes. The staff, particularly Hilario, has been extremely helpful and keen to share tips to visit nearby cenotes and Mayan ruins, including Chichén Itza and Ek Balam.
It’s a super cute boutique hotel with many details and love. We loved that it had a hammock inside the room to relax and a very comfortable bed. Everything you need is there, even a small kitchen to prepare some snacks/food.
The amazing and big pool is on the other side of the street and looks super dreamy with the terraces, connected to another building.
This boutique hotel is located about a block and a half east of the zocalo. As such, the location is very convenient to everything. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast space was also really nice, though I found much better breakfast options in Valladolid than this hotel. The limited breakfast options in the hotel were very egg-focused.
Very nice, well-situated boutique hotel in Valladolid - a great refuge from days of visits and activities.
The rooms and common parts were nicely decorated, you feel well just hanging out and resting by the pool or on the terraces.
Very nice and useful staff
Comfortable rooms for a good rest
Everything!
The hotel is a hidden gem: barely noticeable from the outside, stunning when you get in.
The personnel is extremely nice and helpful, rooms are very beautiful and cured in all details… and breakfast is AWESOME!!!
Definitely recommended when visiting Valladolid.
The hotel staff was amazing! Very accommodating and treated us with 5 star level service. Location is also great for anyone looking to explore Valladolid. We were able to see everything we wanted during our short stay because we were right where the action was.
Such a cute, unique boutique hotel! Fully recommendable. Attentive service, very friendly and helpful staff providing tips for where to go, fantastic pool including its own little grotto, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast.
Beautiful hacienda at the gates of Valladolid. Splendid park on the premises with clean pool. Nice rooms and clean linens. Overall a very good hotel with good value for money. Great dinner in the hotel restaurant.
Perfect location, great staff, super clean, and has everything you need. Overall, this charming place is updated and a great value to visit Valladolid. Highly recommend if you prefer staying in boutique hotels.
The garden in the center of the hotel is super nice. The whole place made us feel comfortable. And the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I really recommend this place during a stay in Valladolid.
Nice clean room with comfortable bed. The only drawback was not much hot water which I understand is common at other small hotels in Valladolid. Would stay again if I return to Valladolid
What a lovely boutique hotel. Very calm and quiet, and the pool was amazing. The receptionist helped us with laundry. We got welcoming gift. Really nice accomodation.
Pleasant little boutique hotel just off the main square. Location good for bars and restaurants etc. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. A/c works well.
