We liked that there was free and easy parking provided. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel was also very easy to find.

Stayed 2 nights end of May with my family n we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. An English speaking staff was assigned to help with our check in n she was wonderful, showing us around the property n explaining all the little details we should know. Resort was great, had very cool lounge areas and even an outdoor foot bath which operates till late. Onsen was also decent, not big but has an outdoor area.
Rooms were big and beds were comfortable, no complaint. Our rates came with breakfast n dinner, they were wonderful with great selections. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location and kind hosts. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but the location is beautiful, so it didn't bother me, and they offer to give you a ride to and from the station when you check-in/out if you need it. I was only able to stay one night when I was there, but would definetly try to stay for longer next time I'm in the area.

Beautiful cottage for family. Each cottage could easily fit 6 adults, with the 3 double beds and there is even a second floor to add mattresses if youd wish. BBQ facilities were great, there is a large FOODBASIC market 10mins drive away with great selection. Toilet is large, and even has a jacuzzi (though it wasnt working).

The best thing in Abashiri was the famous yakiniku.
The best thing in Abashiri was the famous yakiniku. It was indeed a great value for money if you love to eat wagyu beef. Other than that, the town is very small and boring. When we were there in late January, there was no drift ice. You could still take the cruise which runs about 45 minutes, but without drift ice. We also tried some local delicacies, such as cured salmon and cured mackerel.
Very conveniently located exactly opposite the station. Rooms are clean and good size, necessary amenities are available in the bathroom, bed is comfortable, breakfast is good. Staff is helpful. There is a microwave in the lobby to heat up your food. This hotel is value for money. They do store your baggage if you are earlier than their check in time or you want to store your baggage a few hours after check out. i had a great experience staying here.
Wonderful place and wonderful people! It really surprised me and makes me feel like I’m home. The couple was very kind and offered to drive me to the station, which really helped me a lot. There is also a fireplace in the living room in the evenings, and sitting in the shared room and talking together was one of the happiest times I had in Hokkaido. Thank you for being so nice to me. I wish I could have stayed a few more nights.☺️
The hosts were so kind and friendly. They spent a lot of time recommending where to go. The breakfast was delicious with vegetables from the garden. We did not have a car and the husband kindly gave us a ride.
A wonderful place not to be missed if you stay around Abashiri and you want to experience something different from a boring business hotel.
Best dinner and breakfast I've had in Hokkaido. Room comfortable with great view. Onsen clean though not very beautiful. Bed very good. Staff very nice. Gave me a lift to abashiri station which I didn't expect but was grateful. Taxi cost me a lot to get there from the station.
It's on a great location, very near to bus terminal, and in between train station and drift ice station
walkable if you are a bit adventurous
the hotel doesn't have onsen, but they provided with bath salt which is very nice touch
The location of the hotel is great with alot of food, they provide parking at 1000 yen per night. Alot of free amenities such as coffee, washing machines (dryer with fees), ice cream and yogurt drink. Onsen was great too.
This very popular hotel comes complete with an onsen experience which we did not use due to our short stay. Check in was efficient and professional. The dinner recommendation was spot on for our request. Very nice stay.
Pleasant and comfy stay
Staff were friendly
However staff cannot speak English so if you left something at the hotel after checkout, trying to contact them was a challenge. Overall, it was a good stay.
Everything was well prepared, and the value is much better than some hotel stays. And, the owner is very nice and took care of me well. Definitely worth while visiting again.
It was very cozy and bed were comfortable. We like the atmosphere of the place. A good place for a few days stay in Abashiri, within 10 mins drive of attractions.
Free WiFi, very friendly and the man that runs the hotel gave us a ride to the station every morning. The room had tatami mats and the view was beautiful.
