We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pilikas Villas and would definitely stay here again. The villas are very private in a beautiful, peaceful location and the outdoor private pool area is amazing. We didn't want to leave the pool! The host Diana is absolutely lovely and is always readily available if you need anything.

The Perantzada was everything we expected. We were greeted with a complimentary drink at the pool on check-in which gave us a chance to catch our breath and admire the view over Vathy Harbour. We were allocated the "Red Passion" room which was on the Reception floor, so only involved climbing one flight of stairs (17 steps) from the street. It has a quirky little balcony which is accessed through the window, and which affords partial views of the town and harbour. The bathroom is adequately sized and the shower is wonderful - the complimentary toiletries (Korres) are the best I have ever come across in any hotel and I look forward to purchasing some on my next visit to Greece. Breakfast, which is served in the new part of the building next to the pool, is varied and substantial, including cereals, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon, and Greek sweets, cakes and pies. The very friendly and helpful staff are also happy to cook fried and poached eggs, or omelettes if preferred.
The hotel is located a very easy, pleasant five minute walk from the town centre, where you can find a good number of restaurants and cafeterias.

I had the nicest stay in this hotel, the staff was very kind and I even got a room upgrade with sea view. The breakfast was nice, the oven broke during my stay but they still made me cooked breakfast in the morning. Overall a very nice experience.

Excellent position to explore the island, close enough to Vathy to enjoy a walk there but distant enough to have a beautiful view on the bay and enjoy the garden. The apartment is provided with everything you need! Much appreciated the washing machine. The island is beautiful!!

Frikes is an incredible little harbour - very friendly, great tavernas, beautiful beaches and a wonderful pier to jump off! We were one if few that didn't come on a yacht but we enjoyed it all the same! I'd return here in a heartbeat!!

Frikes is a lovely place, but as we were getting towards the end of the season, and what with all the restrictions caused by Covid, 2 or 3 nights could have been better, with a 2 or 3 night hop at the other end of the island perhaps?
Luckily, Aristotelis Apartments were so nice, it didn't matter, and we loved every minute of our stay.
There are 3 nice, very small pebbly coves/beaches between Frikes and Kuoni. The water was so crystal clear you can see the bottom for quite a depth. Snorkelling was real fun. Lots of different fish.
The little beaches each had a long stone built bench you could sit on. some of the bench would be partly shaded by trees. These beaches weren't serviced with showers, toilets or bars. But beautiful, with lovel views all the way to Lefkada and beyond.
