Our room had a huge bed and sofa and the hotel was beautiful, especially the bars/lounge and terrace areas, which had lovely views of the area and lake. Service and friendliness of staff was fab, nothing seemed too much trouble for any staff member. Loved the spa, very calming and had more facilities than expected such as plunge pool, posh loungers, and access to the bar, plus all the usual sauna/steam room/jacuzzi's. Dressing gowns and slippers were provide in your room so you could just walk over to the spa ready. We were very lucky and were given an upgrade to a hot tub room, which was a wonderful extra for us. Location was also great, just a 4-5 minute walk down to the lake, bus stop and boat trip area.

Our first night was okay . As we are both disabled and the restaurant is a short walk away which we could not do ,the manager Rachel could not do enough for us . She came to our room took our order and got our dinner and breakfast brought to our room .
