Absolutely wonderful place. The room was large and airy and the bed was large and very comfortable. Plenty of parking and a very quiet and pretty area. The staff were lovely and the food gorgeous. Absolutely cannot fault. We shall be back and have cancelled another hotel booking in favour of staying here again. Thank you!

This property is perfect for exploring the area around Kirton in Lindsey . We booked because we had organised a reunion at the local flying club so it was the perfect location for us to access the gliding club but also to walk into the village for local shops, pubs and restaurants . The room was extremely clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed . It was so good we have already booked to stay again in the summer to take advantage of the patio area , catch up with friends and explore some walking routes in addition to my husband having an excuse to go and fly 😁 perfect hosts who informed us very clearly and accurately how to access the property. Highly recommended and worth the nightly rate. Free parking in the lay-by adjacent was perfect too. Would also recommend The George Pub and Shimla Spice both just around the corner .

Good breakfast options, well prepared, and served at the right-time (7:30am on this occasion). Choice of hot-chocolate drinks to accompany breakfast.
Very comfortable bed, and bedroom. Suitcase rack. No traffic noise before 7am.

Tidy and clean throughout, and having a homely ambience. The owners and hosts, Tony and Julia, were very friendly and hospitable. Wifi fast enough for on-line video meeting. Assortment of books to read. Shared refrigerator for guests to use for milk or snacks. Overall I found the Old Posthouse to be a very pleasant and competently-operated B&B and I'd have no reservations about returning should the occasion arise.

The house is fancy and the hosts are super charming and friendly. The bathroom is awesome, and there's a top-line market just in front, with a restaurant inside.
But come with your car, or rent a car locally well in advance, for it's difficult to get transportation there.
