The location felt remote and was very beautiful. Although, only a few minutes drive to the M6 making it really accessible too. We stayed in the bungalow which was very spacious (2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge/diner and private garden). We all had an incredible night's sleep because it was so quiet.

We received a really lovely welcome. Our stay was short but we had everything we needed and even had some very helpful tips on where to go for a run! Coffee and toast in the morning with a selection of jam and marmalade was great. We stopped the night on our way further north and enjoyed our stay so much we booked to stay on our return journey as well!

A beautiful spacious house overlooking an enclosed wildlife garden with plenty of birds and hedgehogs visiting. The house has an abundance of character in every room with original features and art work. Jo, our host, was warm and very welcoming and gave us some great suggestions of lovely places to visit in the local area. Our room was large and the bed was really comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. We were served a hearty and tasty breakfast of local produce whilst overlooking the enclosed garden.
