The location was perfect for our needs. There are beautiful gardens to stroll in around the house. There was a tray of delicious home baking, along with teas, milk, butter and bread to welcome us. We had the host's contact number for any queries.

1) Port Appin is a stunning location. 2) large bedroom, big TV, ensuite with bath and shower. 3) real fire in the lounge. 4) the prices on the dinner menu were reasonable.

The cottage was so comfortable. It was like a home away from home. Many holiday rentals do not feel like a home. This was wonderful. We loved the patio looking out over the harbour and the wood burning stove. Both made it a very special weekend away.

Very friendly communal atmosphere and the music room was great. Yorick and his friends ( Sarah was away) were perfect hosts and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The food they cooked both nights was wholesome and delicious. It was great to meet other people from around the world - we had interesting conversations around the dinner table! Lismore is a beautiful island, and we are already thinking about a return visit.

Overlooking Loch Etive, the Falls of Lora Hotel is a 19th century property with an a la carte restaurant, there is free WiFi access available throughout , a bar and free on-site parking.
