The accomodation was as beautiful as the photos and the out look onto the garden and forest was lovely. We had booked the two rooms and had three place to ourselves. Bike storage was safe outside at the property is in an out of town beautiful suburb

Excellent apparent! New furniture, nice design, lot of useful stuff included. I appreciated traditional Belgian wafers and a bottle of water the host offered each day as a complement to traditional coffee. Very responsive and kind host.

Excellent base to explore Brussels.
Excellent base to explore Brussels. You can be within the Metro routes in 20 min and park at one of the free park and ride sites. Waterloo is among the places worth visiting nearby, beyond beautiful Brussels of course!

I was not there to see the city.
I was not there to see the city. My purpose of the trip was to come to French consulate in Brussels. However, there was an international event there and the hotel prices were astronomical. I chose Wavre, which is 20 km from Brussels as less expensive oh alternative. The town looked clean, well maintained, so I will come there again with my family to explore a bit more.GregoryFrance

There is also an adorable friendly dog! The building itself is a really charming, old farm, and it's ideally located a 5 minute walk away from Basse-Wavre station. Breakfast has homemade bread and jams. There is a circular walk that you can do around the farm which is pretty. It's a very quiet area, so you can get a good night's sleep!

My room was at the end of the corridor and really quiet as well, and as the hotel is a little out of town, the surrounding is also quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was nice and fresh, and available early for folks going into work, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

And because it is not in the middle of a city but in the middle of nature. The rooms are kept simple, no decoration, but that is exactly what you need with children. The breakfast is amazing. A lot of bio and regional products, but the best is all the things that they produce themselves: bread, jam, etc. Too good. We can only recommand this!!!
