Pirate's Inn, hotel in Bridgetown

Located 3.1 mi from downtown Bridgetown and 3 minutes from Accra Beach, this 2-story inn features a large courtyard with pool and deck. Free Wi-FI is offered in all areas.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent -next door to a mini mart, ATM, Burger King and KFC. The beach was a short walk as were many other dining options. The pool on the property was clean and well maintained. The grounds were nice -trees, plants and some shade. The balcony we had overlooked the pool. This was our favorite place to stay in Barbados. Would definitely recommend.

What Guests Said About Bridgetown:

    Bridgetown, Barbados.

Bridgetown, Barbados. Its excellent reputation did not disappoint. The renowned Bajan, (Barbadian) hospitality was always displayed when inquiring about unfamiliar subjects. Bajans seem eager to help with directions to places of interest, restaurants, or knowing the history of Barbados. Some of my favourite places I visited included the Animal Flower Cave, The Barbados Museum and Sam Lord's Castle. Beaches include Carlisle's Beach, Pebbles Beach and Haywood Beach in Speightstown. Oistin's Fish Market and other places such as restaurants that serve local dishes, must be on your list of places to eat. Do not be afraid to take local public transportation; the authorized fare is $3.50 (bds) irrespective of distance. While on the beach, avoid the poisonous manchineel trees. They are painted in red around their trunks to point out the danger.

Lanterns mall was decent with a variety of stores but most were closed. I had delivered from seven oh 11, not very good, food was extremely spicy. I would reccommend maybe staying in a different location from worthing, Christ Church.

We were really disappointed to see that the Waterfront was all boarded up and were informed that there was a regeneration plan for this area. We hope that it will be done for when we return. It gets very hot in town so a quick dash to shops and then back to the beach. Could do with some more fun shops and not just duty free stores. Also some nice restaurants would be beneficial.

Ate in a gorgeous beachfront restaurant about 10 min walk from resort. Easy to get around on foot. Town centre is very small. Not much to see historically. Parliament building wasn't sign posted. Beaches were nice.

Good hotel charging a reasonable price. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good location. Short walk from many amenities. The room had everything required. It was sizeable and very comfortable. It was a shame the restaurant and bar were closed for refurbishment.

I am not sure if we got the same room we booked.

I am not sure if we got the same room we booked. There were rooms with balcony but we were given one without a balcony. My husband said he visited there before and it was a much better place. We were told that the place had new owners, so that could be the difference. We did enjoy having breakfast close to the beach which was the highlight of our visit. The water at the beach was a little rough during our stay, but it was a pretty site to watch the boats go out on the water. It was easy to get around. I did go to the market place where I purchased some fruits, bread and souvenirs, but I don't think we would return there anytime soon.

I would highly recommend this hotel as an excellent choice for transit travelers seeking beachfront accommodations. The hotel boasts a stunningly beautiful beach and spacious rooms that are both simple in design and impeccably clean. Additionally, its prime location across from several restaurants, a pharmacy, and a wine store adds to its appeal. The staff at this hotel is known for their exceptional friendliness and hospitality. Lastly, the hotel's beach offers a magnificent setting to witness breathtaking sunsets.

Located on a beautiful beach. Great setting, great hotel. A big room. Very good air con. Fabulous location, shops, restaurants etc within walking distance or by mini van taxi that are ever present for pick ups or designated bus stops. 3.50 BBD dollars per person anywhere! There is entertainment at the hotel and themed nights, we tried the BBQ night - the food was excellent together with the Bajan dancing/entertainment.

Anderson, Mrs Edwards, and the team are some of the best people. The location is 100/10 and truly spectacular and ultra convenient (short walks to Starbucks, bookshop, clothing boutiques, multiple supermarkets, the food trucks Worthing court, and even a great serviced laundromat and a post office). Most of the apartments have a sitting room, a kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom.

The hotel was as expected nice and clean, but the staff were beyond my expectations!!! They went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing birthday trip!! I was treated very special, they set up a private table, decorated with a balloon arch. I was also treated to dinner and a birthday cake along with the birthday song! The staff in every area were just the best!!!

We only stayed one night in transit for another Island so being near to the airport was a priority. This is not a 5 star hotel but the staff were very helpful and the room and gardens/pool could not have been cleaner. It would be a good base for others staying longer, nice beach, well located to walk out in the evening.

Great location, mid way between Bridgetown and airport. Very friendly and helpful staff. Right on almost a private beach, and a beautiful palm tree outlook. Well stocked kitchenette and good supermarkets nearby. Rooms large and welcoming. Would stay again in preference to any other Barbados hotel.
