Idealny hotel jeśli chce się odwiedzić Universal Studios. Do wejścia do parku jest kilkaset metrów. Wnętrze też robi wrażenie, każde piętro to inna epoka. Wokół jest dużo różnych miejsc z jedzeniem, salon gier, zaraz obok wejście na dworzec. Pokój był bardzo duży, łóżka bardzo wygodne, a widok z okna wspaniały. Personel był bardzo miły i pomocny.

The free bread is AMAZING! Grab the croissant and chocolate danish. Its so fresh and sooo good! The staff were nice and helpful too even though they can't really speak English. Google translate goes a long way! They helped us to book luggage delivery service, making it super convenient for us. The location is great too!

Just across the road from the station, very convenient - staff were very pleasant and the hot spring water tap in the bathroom was an extra treat.

The electric massage chair in our room is the best. My husband really loved it! The location is very convenient for those who travel with big luggages, just located above the elevator at exit 6. The staffs were also nice and helpful.

Fantastic hotel inside Shin-Osaka station. This was especially convenient after a long day trip to just come back to the station and get directly to our room. Lots of Restaurants and food options within station. Decent size rooms and very comfortable stay

Breakfast is excellent, a buffet of Japanese, Chinese, and non-Asian fare like sausages, bacon, pancakes etc. No egg station, which is my preference, but they have scrambled and soft-boiled eggs ready. There's a kids' buffet too with octopus-shaped weiners and others. :) Room is surprisingly big for Japan. Bathroom is the typical floor shower with personal onsen/bathtub beside it. Lots of electrical outlets all over the room. WiFi is blazingly fast and stable. There's a convenient ferry, The Captain Line, that cuts across the port to the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, and to the rest of Osaka from there via public transport. Alternatively, there's the nearby train station which is roughly a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. There are convenience stores in Universal City. Of course, Universal Studios Japan is readily accessible. The entrance is 5 minute or less walk away. You'll have to cross a major street to get there.

Stayed in a premium double .The size of the room was great the shower room in the bathroom was excellent .These guys don’t miss a thing when it came to shampoos ect there were more products in the bathroom that you could point a stick at .The view was amazing .The concierge was very helpful when helping us book tickets to the aquarium.I mentioned it was my birthday and that afternoon when we arrived back there was a nice little box of chocolates and a card .Walked out one day and it was raining the door man was quick to offer a umbrella .Great service great location ,just a great experience all round .Would stay here any time I was in Osaka
