We received a very warm welcome by the very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. A good lift took us up to our standard room, which was smallish but extremely comfortable and nicely decorated. A very good and clean bathroom with a strong and hot shower. It is in a very convenient position with wonderful restaurants just down the street
