A beautiful hotel in a beautiful town. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and was above my expectations.

Perfect room, perfect service, perfect location. Awesome reception, and the reception staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. Our room exceeded our expectations. The bed was the most comfortable bed, and the feather pillows were so comfy. Great air-conditioner. Awesome drinks cabinet and minibar. The ambient lighting in the room is so well designed. And the special touches like the chess set and the quartz stone and the Albertina rabbit are delightful. We loved the welcome pralines. Thank you.

The room was spacious, and the contactless entry and exit worked smoothly. The facilities were good. The location of the apartment is great. It is close to both the U bahn, metro and bus stops. There are several groceries around - Billa, Hofer, etc. There is a lovely park close by where one can sit and relax. The 12th and 13th districts are a little out of the way but well connected to the city centre and other areas. We had, as i will note below, some concerns. But the person manning the messages was prompt and helpful. Beyond a point, however, they could only help so much. I do want to appreciate the help and tips provided.

Apartment is very good located, clean and comfortable. It is equiped with everything you need. Communication with host is excellent, you get all necessary information and directions, precisely and on time.

Clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen, near of the centre (30 min walking), near of subway and trum station (5 min walking at the station). Easy check-in and check-out. Near of supermarket (aldi is the cheapest). Good wifi. Quite location

About this place we can say it's 10/10. Exellent apartment, exellent location. Un apartment you have all what u need for exellent holidays. Even hairdrayer and umbrella, what made my wife day.
